Slow down, relax, and rejuvenate with this gentle and calming class. In our Restorative Yoga classes, you will focus on slow, intentional movements, as well as restful postures and extended stretches. This practice encourages mindful breathing and helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. Perfect for all levels, it is an ideal way to unwind, relieve stress, and promote overall well-being. Props (bolsters, blocks, straps) used to support deeper relaxation are provided by the studio, but you are welcome to bring any that would help enhance your own practice as well.
